I love mini! They by far have the best service to offer. Whoever the new guy running both the shop and answering phones knows what he is doing!! Does an amazing work too!! Everytime I leave mini I definalty happy and know that I'm in great care!! Thank you!!
Blake and everyone at Mini was excellent. They stayed after hours to get my deal done and my car delivered to me. They were honest and accommodated my schedule by negotiating over the phone since I could not leave work. They also took care of scheduling me a service appointment and providing me a loaner car for a brake issue which was known at the time of purchase. I had a great experience and highly recommend Blake!
I took my 2003 Mini in for a recall fix. Made the appointment a week in advance. They sent a text to confirm. When I got the the staff was very friendly. Service tech said "I'll be right back...let me see if we have the part in stock". I said that's not going to make me happy if it's not as I made the appointment in advance and there was plenty of time to stock it. He went back and of course. No part! Asked me to reschedule. I did but then a manager came out and said "just take a loaner and we will fix it on Monday! YAY! I'm a happy customer. :). That great service when you follow up with a nice option to the problem.
MINI of Louisville treated us wonderfully. Kevin Owens was our salesperson and he answered all our questions. My daughter is the proud new owner of a 2017 Clubman. We got what I feel was an excellent deal.

Gotta love the customer service Sid was great prolly the best service I have had in a while last time I had it serviced it was at BMW and it was at least two times as much money and the service there was horrible you're just another number but here you are actually a customer and they actually seem to care would definitely recommend
