New to the Louisville area. Brought our 2012 MINI in for service and find out why check engine light illuminated. Much to my dismay the thermostat was bad and need to be replaced. After initial sticker shock on the repair, I agreed to have it done. When job was completed, I paid and left the dealer. I received a call 10 minutes later by Service Manager Ricky Green. Ricky told me that he made a mistake and that MINI was covering the cost of the repair. MOL could have just kept the money. I appreciate their honesty which is rare in today's world. Thank you MOL and Mr. Green! You have a lifetime time customer.
