    "I am from out of town and made my appointment early just to make sure time wasn't an issue. We were given car to drive and had a great time shopping, but I was called at 2:30 with news that I may have to come back and get my car the next morning because they hadn't fixed all the computer issues and that it may take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours. Talk about frustrated!!! I hate driving!!! And didn't want to make another two hour trip and I was tired! I was even told that they didn't have to "fix" it, but the computers would all be off on maintenance issues. Absolutely not! The car is just a year old! I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose the problem and also called to explain about a leaky seal that needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions, provided detailed information and just generally was amazing. He even worked with me to get my current proof of insurance to enable me to use a loaner car. The radio has since new had a intermitent problem receiving serius/xm radio and I even showed this to my service advisor when the problem was occurring. You need to understand that I purchased this mini rather than a 2013 model because the 2013 models don't have serius/xm radio. I am not happy with my mini as i have had to replce the engine due to a faulty timing chain tensioner and paid over 7100.00 for it and they did not even replace correctly, in fact i have an 06 and 08 mini and both broken down at same time. the new team there has treated me like i should be and for that i am thankful.     "I was very surprised to take my car for tires 2 days later and be told that my rear drivers side tire was missing 2 lug nuts after my brakes we to be assessed. So I would think that tires were removed to access te brake pads. I was there for 6 and 1/2 hrs only to be told I had to take a loaner home.
